WONDER VBS 2026 @ Salem #2 Baptist Church
Salem #2 Baptist Church
Our theme this year is WONDER! Colossians 1:16 declares: “For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him” As we're reminded we were created by God, and for God, we will take a deeper look into scripture about creation, and how Jesus is our firm foundation. "At Wonder VBS, we will take a trip back to where it all began: God’s creation. Each day, the students will be led through the six days of creation and will be inspired to creatively express their purposeful worship to God through faith in Jesus Christ. The goal of Wonder VBS is to present the gospel, reminding everyone to live out their faith in Jesus Christ. Jesus, Who was sinless, came to save us. He lovingly took our sin, bore stripes for healing, both physically and spiritually, died on a cross shedding His last drop of blood, and rose again on the third day, so that we can live eternally with Him. He's seated at the right hand of The Father and what a great promise that is to know. Salvation is the greatest confession one can make, and following Jesus is an important decision in every life. We Pray for a wonderful VBS, lives to be changed, seeds to be planted, and souls to be saved. Join us for an amazing week of Bible stories, food, games, crafts, and fun! We look forward to seeing you there!
