Join us for VBS 2023!
Do you have a 4 year old - 5th grader who is looking for a fun summer? If so, sign them up to have the very best summer (VBS!) as we learn to follow Jesus here, there, and everywhere! VBS is offered July 24-28 (Monday-Friday) from 9AM-Noon and check in starts at 8:30AM.
Upon registering your child, please visit the "downloads" tab at the top of the webpage to download the medical and media release form. Once completed, either email the form to childrenandyouth@rockfordumc.org, print it and drop it off at our church office Tues-Fri 8:30am-3:30pm, or bring it with you on the first day of VBS. This will save you time at check in on the first day! We do also ask that all children be potty trained.

Ready, Set, Move VBS will inspire kids to: DO What He Says, BELIEVE Who He Is, LOVE Who He Loves, SHARE What He Did, and GO Where He Leads! Using examples from across the New Testament including the Resurrection, Paul’s conversion, and Pentecost, kids will learn to move forward in their own journey of faith.
Whether they’re preschool or elementary aged, your kids will have fun moving with us to follow Jesus here, there, and everywhere with this engaging, hands-on Vacation Bible School program. With powerful Bible stories, fun crafts, exciting games, moving worship, and more, your kids are sure to have the Very Best Summer at VBS.
